Boost Auto continues to set new industry standards with our Spotlight in Drive Mirror Mod. From the factory, Ford disables the forward-facing mirror spotlights once your truck exceeds 7MPH. This upgrade removes that limitation, giving you full control of your spotlights at any speed. Now available for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 trucks. Key features include:
- Full spotlight control at any speed: Manually activate your F-150’s mirror spotlights, even while driving.
- Factory operation override: Spotlights automatically turn off when the truck is in drive at speeds over 7mph.
- No extra switches needed: Utilizes your existing power glass adjust switch for seamless operation.

No, this modification can be added using our wireless ECU technology which omits the need for an additional switch. After the installation of our modules, you will be able to operate the spotlights utilizing your glass adjust switch. From the factory, Ford limits the use of your mirror spotlights when the truck is in drive at speeds over 7MPH. This upgrade removes that limitation, giving you full control of your spotlights at any speed.
You can accomplish this with the Boost Auto patent-pending wireless modules upgrade. This upgrade does not require you to run any wires outside of the doors and is easy to install following our installation video. Best of all, it utilizes the OEM glass adjustment switch, so you don't have to swap your switch or add an aftermarket switch to your dash. With the simple activation of our wireless modules through your glass adjustment switch, you can control your mirror spotlights at any time.
