Shipping
Most of our products come with free shipping to the lower 48 states (from our Illinois warehouse), and tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as we fulfill your order.
Parts orders (excluding mirrors & running boards) are filled within one business day. All FedEx parts orders are fulfilled the same day if ordered before 1PM CST (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Pre-built mirrors are fulfilled the same day if ordered before 1PM CST (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We offer free standard shipping to the lower 48 states and also offer expedited shipping options on our Pre-Built Mirrors.
Custom Built mirrors & Running Boards are built to order and may take between 5 to 7 business days to be built and shipped.
For FedEx ground shipping estimates please click here. Please note, the FedEx 1 & 2 Day Delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If your order ships via "Next Day" on Friday, or "Second Day" on Thursday, these will be delivered on Monday. If you desire Saturday delivery please reach out to us for a custom quote.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all contiguous US orders.
We currently offer shipping through FedEx and USPS. All available shipping options will populate at checkout.
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our facility so you can continue to track your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your new address, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
All return requests follow our standard returns policy. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the posted delivery date. All items must be in new condition to be eligible for a return. Items that have been mounted or installed are not eligible for return. Our team will request pictures to validate the condition of the item(s) before proceeding with the return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Boost Auto is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. Store credits or cash refunds are issued once the item(s) arrive back to Boost Auto and are processed by our returns team which may take up to 5 business days.
Return for Store Credit:
By default, refunds are issued in the form of store credit for the total amount paid, minus any paid shipping costs. Store credit is only valid towards future Boost Auto purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once store credit is issued, a cash refund is not available.
- Tow Mirror returns are subject to a $50 processing fee.
- Running Board returns are subject to a $100 processing fee.
Processing fees will be deducted from the total available store credit amount.
Return for Cash Refund:
If a cash refund is preferred, the return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Warranty Returns:
If your request to return a product relates to a concern with the performance, appearance, or quality of the product, a warranty case must be reviewed before a return can be made. Please review our Warranty Policy for more details.
All returns must be arranged with Boost Auto prior to shipping the items back. Please contact us for return instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 1 business day for our team to process the return. You will be notified by a team member once your return has been processed.

Warranty
Our products are designed and tested to last, however in addition to lifetime technical support, Boost Auto also provides a 1-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. If a part is determined to be defective, the warranty will cover the product replacement costs. Warranties are resolved by sending individual replacement parts to resolve the defect.
Certain items may require pictures, video, or additional materials as requested by our support team to help us validate product defects. Inability or unwillingness to provide the requested information may void the eligibility for a warranty return or replacement.
Boost Auto may ask for defective parts to be returned for quality control purposes. Once we receive the defective part, we will send out a replacement. If you need the replacement sooner, you can pay a refundable deposit, and we’ll send the new part right away. The deposit will be refunded once we receive the original part being replaced.
The return shipping may be covered if a defect is validated by Boost Auto.
This warranty does not cover damage or defects as a result of abuse or installation error.
The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the part. Boost Auto is not responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the installation of an incorrect or defective part. Boost Auto does not cover the expenses related to labor or paint costs, vehicle towing/storage, rental expenses, damage by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, or accident, and alteration to the product's original intent. All warranties are limited to the replacement value only. All defects are replaced at our discretion.

Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
No need to register our products for warranty. All orders are automatically covered under our 1-year warranty from the time of purchase.

Please consult your state and local laws for applicable legal requirements regarding installation and use prior to purchase. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
