This replacement glass is compatible with aftermarket & OEM 4th and 5th Generation style tow mirrors for Dodge Ram trucks. This is the upper / inner flat glass. All of our glass comes equipped with the heater / defrost element, simply reconnect the wires. The glass comes pre-attached to the backing plate so it can be easily snapped into place. Optional blind spot monitoring for 5th Generation trucks equipped with this feature.

You should compare your mirror to the pictures shown in the graphic above.
The only glass we can give an absolute answer on is if the mirrors were purchased from us. All Boost mirrors utilize "Aftermarket Motor - Type C".
OEM mirrors utilize two different motors. There is not a year or trim split, you MUST remove the glass to inspect your motor to determine which glass is correct. Reference our installation video to see how to remove the glass.

Yes, all of our glass is equipped with defrost.
Not at this time. Unfortunately, we are also unaware of any sellers of this glass so if you require replacement you will likely need to replace your entire mirror assembly.

All Boost Auto mirrors utilize "Aftermarket Motor - Type C".
This fits all vehicles with Fourth Generation-style mirrors (aftermarket or OEM). It also fits Fifth Generation Mirrors including 1500/2500/3500. Please be sure to review the graphic to ensure you get the correct glass.

Overall it was a great experience! Top notch!!!! Our adventure started with ebay. We ordered the glass and was watching Boostauto's youtube video in how to install the glass mirror, when we realized we had the wrong glass. So, I went to their website and ordered, what I thought was the right mirror. Well, I was wrong again! So, I reached out to their team, which was extremely helpful. I was able to get the correct one ordered and was refunded for the mistake order, once received. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need parts again, they will be the first place I look!
