Signal Only: The lights will only flash with signal. They will not illuminate as running light.

Signal & Running Light 1.0: The lights will flash as a turn signal. At night when the running lights are activated, the lights will operate at 50% intensity for running light, 100% intensity for turn signal.

Signal & Running Light 2.0: The lights will flash as a turn signal. At night when the running lights are activated, the lights will operate at 100% intensity for running light, 100% intensity for turn signal.

Switchback: The lights will flash as an amber turn signal during the day. At night when the running lights are activated, the lights will operate at 100% intensity in WHITE for running light. When the turn signal is activated, the lights will operate at 100% intensity in AMBER in a flashing pattern until the turn signal is de-activated (at which point it will return to a solid white light).

We use the OEM connector to unlock the plug and play features on your Colorado or Canyon.

Power Feature: All vehicles that originally came with power adjust mirrors will plug and play for this feature. Please note memory, seat recall, and curbview assist are not supported.

Defrost Feature: All vehicles that originally came with rear window defrost will be plug and play for defrost. Even if your original mirrors didn't have defrost, the heat function will work on ours if you had rear window defrost!

Lighting Features: All lights need to be wired into the vehicle. We offer an easy to follow video showing how to wire it and include all the wire you will need.

The paint code for your truck can be found on the service parts identification sticker in the glove box. We've attached an image depicting where the paint code is located on the sticker. The paint code can be found at location 16. If you're unsure of your paint code, simply type your vehicle's color.

• If you select the “Paintable” option, you will receive our paintable caps, which are non-textured, so they are fairly ready for you to paint them. They will not match any vehicle straight out of the box, paint is always required.
• If you select the “Painted” option, you will receive the caps painted from us with no additional work needed on your end. We use your vehicle's VIN and paint code to match it exactly to its factory color.

Our exclusive Start-Up Sequence is a unique light function that activates anytime the parking lights of your truck are initially turned on. We've included a dynamic image depicting the Start-Up Sequence on our lights.

Yes, these mirrors can be extended to a length 3" beyond the retracted state.

Typical installation for these mirrors (including wiring in all of the lights) is approximately 2-4 hours depending on the skill level of the person performing the installation. We provide a YouTube video detailing the tap locations, and provide all of the fuse taps.

The base which mounts to the door is made of a durable metal with a smooth black finish, and the plastics are ABS with a black textured finish.

All mirrors are backed by our standard 1-year warranty.

The upper glass is a flat piece of glass which will have a magnification effect, whereas the lower glass is convex so objects will appear further than they actually are (this is the OEM design).

Unfortunately, the design of the door panels on the Colorado & Canyon arch up towards the front of the vehicle, so depending on the height of the driver the lower convex glass may be partially restricted in the retracted state due to the door panel blocking it. This would be the case on ALL tow mirrors for the Colorado and Canyon because of the design of the door panel. In the extended (towing) position, both pieces of glass should be fully visible.

The build date is found on the corner of the VIN sticker located in the driver's door jamb.
