All Boost Auto Parts and OEM mirrors have caps that can be changed to customize the appearance of your mirrors. Choose from chrome, black, or paintable caps to customize the appearance of your mirrors. All listings include both sides (drivers & passengers).
These caps ONLY work on OEM or Boost Auto Parts mirrors. They will NOT work on aftermarket mirrors not purchased from Boost Auto Parts.
These caps will fit onto the following Ford Superduty Tow Mirrors. As well as Boost Auto Parts 17+ F-250 F-350 Superduty style towing mirrors retrofitted to older vehicles. (Powerstroke Diesel trucks also included).

Yes - as long as you select the option that you originally had OEM towing mirrors these caps will fit onto OEM towing mirrors.
Only if the mirrors are from Boost Auto Parts. If they were from us, we do sell replacement caps you just need to determine if your mirrors are CC or Non-CC. Please see below FAQ for further details regarding determining that.
Black: Yes, they are textured.
Chrome: No, they are gloss.
Paintable: No, they are gloss.
Unfortunately, we do not paint the caps for you.
Our paintable caps come non-textured in a white/neutral or off-black color so they are fairly ready for paint. They will not match any vehicle straight out of the box, paint is always required.
You can contact our team and they can check based on your mirror order, or you can inspect the mirror according to the below picture.
Please note this only applies to Boost Auto Parts mirrors. Our caps are NOT compatible with other aftermarket mirrors.
