If you choose signal only it will only work as an amber signal.

If you choose signal & running light (amber/amber) the lights will illuminate amber in running light mode, and amber in signal mode.

Further explained, if you just have the running lights on the light will be a solid amber strip. If you activate the turn signal while the running lights are on the solid amber light will turn off, and the amber light will flash. After the signal turns off the amber light will turn back on. If your running lights are off the amber signal light will flash like a normal signal.

If you choose switchback (white/amber) the lights will illuminate white in running light mode, and amber in signal mode.

We offer both power fold and power extend as an option to retain the feature if you originally had it, or add it if your vehicle didn't originally have it.

If you did not have both (or one) of these features you can easily add it with the Boost Auto patent-pending wireless upgrade. This upgrade does not require you to run any wires outside of the doors and is easy to install following our installation video. Best of all, it utilizes the OEM switch so you don't have to swap your switch or add an aftermarket switch to your dash.

These mirrors will be equipped with power fold and power extend. Our wireless ECU kit will come with in order to add one or both of those features.

This is a light that illuminates as a white running light, but changes to amber when the turn signal is activated. Check out the dynamic picture in the product page content to see it in action.

· Power Adjust: If your truck was originally equipped with power mirrors the power function on our mirrors will work properly.

· Defrost Function: If your truck was originally equipped with rear defrost, the defrost function on our mirrors will work properly.

· Turn Signal: If your truck came equipped with turn signals the signal will be plug and play. No ability to upgrade if not originally equipped.

· Running Lamp (if Signal & Running Light or Switchback is Selected): You must run one wire to a running light feed (harness included). All wiring internal to the mirror is done, you just need to do the truck side wiring (instructions included).

· Power Fold: The power fold feature will be plug and play if originally equipped. If you did not have power fold originally, you can add it using our wireless upgrade kit.

· Power Extend: The power extend feature can be added using our wireless upgrade kit.

The paint code for your truck can be found on the vehicle information sticker on the driver-side door jamb. We've attached an image depicting where the paint code is located on the sticker. If you're unsure of your paint code, simply type your vehicle's color.

• If you select the “Paintable” option, you will receive our paintable caps, which are non-textured, so they are fairly ready for you to paint them. They will not match any vehicle straight out of the box, paint is always required.
• If you select the “Painted” option, you will receive the caps painted from us with no additional work needed on your end. We use your vehicle's VIN and paint code to match it exactly to its factory color.
