The paint code for your truck can be found on the vehicle information sticker on the driver-side door jamb. We've attached an image depicting where the paint code is located on the sticker. The paint code will be a 3-digit code listed after “paint”. If you're unsure of your paint code, simply type your vehicle's color.

· Power Adjust Glass: If your truck was originally equipped with power-adjustable glass, the power function on our mirrors will work properly. Please note our mirrors do not support curb view assist or memory functions. They will still plug and play, but these features will not integrate properly with our mirrors.

· Defrost Function: If your truck was originally equipped with rear defrost, the defrost function on our mirrors will work properly.

· Signal Function: If your truck was originally equipped with turn signal, the signal on our mirrors will function properly. If your original mirrors were NOT equipped with signal, this feature must be enabled on your vehicle’s computer, which can be easily done with the Boost Auto programming tool (see further info below).

· Puddle Light Function: If your truck was originally equipped with a puddle lamp, the puddle lamp on our mirrors will function properly. If your original mirrors were NOT equipped with puddle, this feature must be enabled on your vehicle’s computer, which can be easily done with the Boost Auto programming tool (see further info below).

· Running Light: If your mirrors were originally equipped with running light it will be plug and play. If your mirrors did not originally have running light you must run one wire to a running light power feed (harness included). All wiring internal to the mirror is done; you just need to do the truck-side wiring (instructions included).

· Forward Facing Spotlights: You can add them using our easy-to-install wireless ECU upgrade. This upgrade takes 20 minutes per side and utilizes all factory electronics. The kit includes a module for each door, and the modules use your factory power adjust switch to activate the spotlight feature. 

· Rear Facing Spotlights: If you opted for forward-facing spotlights, the rear-facing spotlights will not require any additional wiring. 

If you opted for these lights to work with your puddle lights, the lights will work the same way as your Puddle Lights noted above.

If you choose Signal Only, it will only work as a flashing amber signal.

If you choose Sequential Signal Only, it will only work as a scanning amber signal.

If you choose Signal & Running Light, the lights will illuminate as an amber running light and flash as an amber turn signal. Further explained, if you just have the running lights on, the light will be a solid amber strip. If you activate the turn signal while the running lights are on, the solid amber light will turn off, and the amber light will flash. After the signal turns off, the amber light will turn back on. If your running lights are off, the amber signal light will flash like a normal signal.

If you choose Sequential Signal & Running Light, the lights will illuminate as an amber running light and scan as an amber turn signal. Further explained, if you just have the running lights on, the light will be a solid amber strip. If you activate the turn signal while the running lights are on, the solid amber light will turn off, and the amber light will scan. After the signal turns off, the amber light will turn back on. If your running lights are off, the amber signal light will scan like a normal signal.

If you choose Switchback, the lights will illuminate as a white running light and flash as an amber turn signal. Further explained, if you just have the running lights on, the light will be a solid white strip. If you activate the turn signal while the running lights are on, the solid white light will turn off, and the amber light will flash. After the signal turns off, the white light will turn back on. If your running lights are off, the amber signal light will flash like a normal signal.

If you choose Sequential Switchback, the lights will illuminate as a white running light and scan as an amber turn signal. Further explained, if you just have the running lights on, the light will be a solid white strip. If you activate the turn signal while the running lights are on, the solid white light will turn off, and the amber light will scan. After the signal turns off, the white light will turn back on. If your running lights are off, the amber signal light will scan like a normal signal.

Our exclusive Start-Up Sequence is a unique light function that activates anytime the parking lights of your truck are initially turned on. We've included a dynamic image depicting the Start-Up Sequence on our lights.

Please note, the Start-Up Sequence is currently offered on all light functions except Signal Only or Sequential Signal Only.

If you originally had turn signal you will NOT require a reflash.

If you did not originally have turn signal, you will need to enable this feature on your vehicle’s computer. You can achieve this yourself using our easy to use programming tool which is offered in the options above. Alternatively, you can ask the dealer to enable the feature, however this often costs double the cost of our programming tool so we recommend cutting out the headache and purchasing the tool from us.

You can enable these features yourself on your vehicle using our easy-to-use programming tool and bypass module (where applicable) which avoids costly and timely trips to the dealer.

No, you will not! We install a temperature sensor in all of the mirrors prior to shipping them to you.

Ram does offer a support bracket to support the additional weight of towing mirrors. If you did not originally have towing mirrors, your truck will not be equipped with these brackets.

Most customers find that our mirrors do not require them, however in order to reduce the amount of vibration on the mirrors some customers do opt to install the support brackets. The support brackets do NOT come with the purchase of the mirrors as most customers don't install them.
