Our exclusive Start-Up Sequence is a unique light function that activates anytime the parking lights of your truck are initially turned on. We've included a dynamic image depicting the Start-Up Sequence on our lights.

Any features that your mirrors originally had will be plug and play. Boost Auto offers the ability to upgrade to a wide range of features not originally on your mirrors as well following our tutorial videos.

-Power Adjust Upper Glass: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped. Please note - only our power folding mirrors are equipped with memory.

-Defrost: Upper and lower defrost (if selecting heated lower glass) will be plug and play if your vehicle was equipped with rear window defrost even if your original mirrors weren't equipped with defrost.

-Blind Spot Monitoring: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped.

-Puddle Lights: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped.

-Power Fold: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped. If not originally equipped, this feature can be gained with Boost Auto Parts patent pending wireless ECU's.

-Turn Signal: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped.

-Running Light: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped.

-Rear Facing Cargo Light: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped. If not originally equipped, this feature can be added using Boost Auto's easy to install module which is supplied with your order if you select that your vehicle did not originally have rear-facing cargo lights on the mirrors.

-Forward Facing Spot Light: This feature will be plug and play if originally equipped. If not originally equipped, this feature can be gained with Boost Auto Parts patent-pending wireless ECU's.

We offer power fold as an option to retain the feature if you originally had it, or add it if your vehicle didn't originally have it.

If you did not have power fold you can easily add it with the Boost Auto patent pending wireless upgrade. This upgrade does not require you to run any wires outside of the doors and is easy to install following our installation video. Best of all, it utilizes the OEM switch so you don't have to swap your switch or add an aftermarket switch to your dash.

If you originally had power fold and wish to retain it you must select the power fold option.

Absolutely! Boost Auto offers an upgrade path to add cargo lights even if your original mirrors were not equipped with them. If your mirrors did have cargo lights from factory, then this feature will be plug-and-play.

Yes, if you select the blind spot monitoring option these mirrors are fully compatible with these features.

Please note this feature will only work on vehicles originally equipped with this feature.

At this time our mirrors do NOT support 360 camera.

You can install the mirrors without the 360 camera and you won't get any error messages, however the 360 view will not show the sides of the vehicle.

No - absolutely no reflashing is required. We have gone to great lengths to ensure our electronics are fully compatible with your vehicle's control modules to avoid any required reflashes.

If you choose Signal Only it will only work as a flashing amber signal.

If you choose Sequential Signal Only it will only work as a scanning amber signal.

If you choose Signal & Running Light the lights will illuminate amber in running light mode, and flash amber in signal mode. Further explained, if you just have the running lights on the light will be a solid amber strip. If you activate the turn signal while the running lights are on the solid amber light will turn off, and the amber light will flash. After the signal turns off the amber light will turn back on. If your running lights are off the amber signal light will flash like a normal signal.

You will not get error messages as long as you disconnect your battery during installation. Our mirrors are equipped with the necessary temperature sensors and other components to avoid any error messages.

If you choose signal only or signal & running light the lights will illuminate as amber for running light, and amber for turn signal.

If you choose switchback, the lights will operate as a white running light. When the turn signal is activated, the light will switch to a flashing amber signal, and upon completion of your turn it will return to a white running light.

Yes, these mirrors come equipped with a temperature sensor installed in your mirror prior to shipping it to you.

Unfortunately, we do not paint the mirrors for you.

Our paintable mirrors come with non-textured caps in a white/neutral color so they are fairly ready for paint. The caps come off of the mirrors so that you can paint them and just snap them on with no disassembly required.

No, these mirrors purposefully cannot be extended or retracted. They are intentionally designed to sit in a fixed position that is equal to 50% between the OEM fully extended and OEM fully retracted position. This position has been evaluated and determined to be the best position for daily driving & towing alike.

Boost Auto took over 4 years to design the best mirrors possible for these vehicles and consistently found that the amount of vibration on mirrors that extended and retracted for this generation of vehicles made the mirrors non-functional due to excessive vibration. After exhausting all design opportunities, we decided to go with a fixed-width design which makes our mirrors have considerably less vibration than other mirrors on the market. We are confident these mirrors will prove more functional than other mirrors on the market that are extendable given the significant improvement in vibration levels.

Our power folding mirrors are fully compatible with your vehicle's memory system if your vehicle was originally equipped with it.

Our manual folding mirrors are not equipped with memory. You can install them onto a vehicle equipped with memory and the glass will adjust, but you will no longer be able to use the memory settings so if you wish to do that you must purchase power folding mirrors.

Our mirrors can be optioned with a puddle lamp that shines down towards the ground. This is only compatible with trucks that were originally equipped with puddle lights.
