2014 - 2019 GM Sport Mirrors & Wiring Harness

Introduction

Boost Auto Parts offers a high quality sport style mirror upgrade and all of the relevant additional components necessary to perform this upgrade on 2014 - 2019 Silverado & Sierra trucks to gain features such as power fold. In order to gain the bonus features (power fold, puddle light, turn signal) you will need to swap your mirror adjust switch and add a few wires to your door harness. This is done easily with Boost Auto Parts kits.

Modify Door Harness & Switch

If you are upgrading to OEM DL3 mirrors, you will need to modify your door harness and swap the switch. We offer the switch and harness together on the product page.

RPO Code Definitions:

DL8 Mirrors - These are the most common OEM small (non-towing) mirrors. DL8 mirrors are equipped with manual fold, power adjust glass, and heated glass. Most customers doing the upgrades on these pages originally have DL8 mirrors.

DL3 Mirrors - These are the highest option OEM small (non-towing) mirrors. DL3 mirrors are typically found on higher trim trucks (LTZ, SLT, Denali, High Country). DL3 mirrors are equipped with power fold, power adjust glass, heated glass, turn signal, and puddle light. Most customers doing the upgrades on these pages are trying to install this type of mirror.
