A: Absolutely! Shipping and customs costs are calculated at checkout. If you have any questions please contact us.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

A: Most of our products come with free shipping to the lower 48 states (from our Illinois warehouse), and tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as we fulfill your order.

Parts orders (not mirrors) are filled within one business day. All UPS parts orders are fulfilled the same day if ordered before 1PM CST (Monday-Friday, excluding holiday's). Mirrors are built to order and may take up to 3-business days to be built and shipped. 

For UPS ground shipping estimates please click here . Please note, the UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day options offered do not include Saturday delivery. If your order ships via "Next Day" on Friday, or "Second Day" on Thursday, these will deliver on Monday. If you desire Saturday delivery please reach out to us for a custom quote.

Q: YOUR WEBSITE SAYS YOU DON'T SERVICE MY ADDRESS, HOW CAN I PURCHASE?

A: We will ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us and we will provide a quote to get your parts on their way!

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: Returns on parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be sent back within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. All parts must be unused/unopened to be eligible for return.

Returns on mirrors are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be sent back within 15 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Mirrors must be in 100% new condition (never mounted). 

All returns must be arranged with Boost Auto Parts prior to shipping the items back. Please contact us for return instructions.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

A: One year (from date of purchase) from manufacturers defect on all mirrors and parts. Warranties are resolved by sending the individual part that is defective. Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser. No labor reimbursement is provided for warranty claims.
