A: Parts orders are filled within one business day. Mirrors are built to order and may take up to 2-business days to be built and shipped, however we are often much quicker. All of our products come with free shipping to the lower 48 states (from our Illinois warehouse), and tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as we fulfill your order.

A: We will ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us and we will provide a quote to get your parts on their way!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Returns on parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be sent back within 30 days. Expedited shipping is non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. All parts must be unused/unopened to be eligible for return. Returns on mirrors are not accepted.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
A: One year from manufacturers defect on all mirrors and parts. Warranties are resolved by sending the individual part that is defective.
